Custom Butchering

All custom butchering done in our store will be properly aged, cut, and wrapped to your specifications.

Prices for custom butchering are:

• Beef – 1$ per pound cut and wrapped
• Pork – $225 per head, includes kill, cut, wrap and cure
• Lamb – $120 per head
• Goat – $85 per head
